“I had a quality issue with my flowers so I contacted haute florist and theyresponded promptly and resolved my problem quickly for me and offered me a £15 refund to address the issue. I was happy with that because I didn’t want to go through all the trouble of having to return the flowers and have them reordered again as I had the flowers sent to my Neice and it wouldn’t be fair to have them returned. This problem I had has not put me off from ordering flowers from haute I will still be using their services as I never had a problem before and sometimes these things can happen, as long as the customer service are reliable and attentive and will help you then you should not feel put off from using their services because of one problem. Thank you haute florist for resolving my matter quickly.”
