“Having ordered 2 polo belts from you, one needed to be exchanged for a larger size - I am very unimpressed that I paid £20.90 for the belt and shipping and you deducted £8.51 from the refund - considering it was for an exchange, (meaning I paid another £20.90 to get a larger size) I am very unimpressed to be £8.51 out of pocket and I will not be dealing with you again. Had the belt not been for a grandsons birthday - I would never have reordered. This is a total rip off!!”
