“I ordered a size 4 but unfortunately received a size 5 in a box marked 4. I returned the boots but got charged for the return postage even though I had confirmation by email they would not do this. I have gone elsewhere to buy my boots as I cannot be bothered with this carry on.”

“Excellent quality, love the bulging neck to avoid the mane but it was unfortunately slides down the neck a bit and then actually causes a bit of hair loss at the top of the mane. Could there be a little rig or tab/velcro to fix onto fly mask or head collar to prevent this perhaps?”

“These are the best fly masks i have had. Both my thoroughbred horses have difficult sized heads and are absolute experts at getting them off and i have spent many happy hours trailing round the fields trying to find discarded masks. The fastening under the cheek bone makes it much more difficult for the horses to rub the masks off or snag them on fencing, so far they have only come off when i remove them. I would thoroughly recomend them for anyone who has had the same problems.”
