“Excellent customer service! So good to be able to talk to someone easily re a query on my order placed online. Issue (of my own making) resolved quickly and by a very friendly member of staff. Goods despatched promptly and well packaged. I wish dealing with all companies was as easy as this!”

“Bought the long waterproof riding coat. Lovely. I'm slim and 5'6", i got the large which is perfect. I haven't been out in the pouring rain yet, so not fully tried and tested. My only suggestion would be if it had poppers all the way down the front, it would have received 5 stars as then I could close it at chest level to keep the chill out quickly without having to do the zip up, as I'm nipping out to fill water, Haynets etc, then coming back out of the chill and can open the front up with an easy pop. Happy customer.”
