“The boots are great - really good quality and keeping my feet both warm and dry which is a miracle. I would also like to praise Harry Hall staff for their excellent customer service. The boots initially failed to arrive, despite a claim by Royal Mail that they had been delivered to me. This was just before Christmas so I didn't expect a prompt response, but Harry Hall got back to me immediately and were really helpful.”
