“Purchased a pair of Overstone II Country Boots for walking and general outside use. Boots were comfy and warm right from the off and am really pleased with them. However, one small issue is the buckle at the top of boot is not easy to do up and the leather is splitting already after only 2nd use. Have put some leather conditioner on it and it's a little more pliable but perhaps the buckle could be a little longer.”

“The boots were nowhere near the size ordered, far too small. Ordered my usual size and could barely get foot in. Very disappointing. Had to 'request a return' which was cancelled because my postcode was not on the order - despite the order having arrived with my postcode. Had to call the customer services twice to get through to a person as the 'issue with an order' option on the phone line ended with a referral to the website and the call being cut off.”

“The Jodhpur style boots look very stylish, they are comfortable from the start. And are cosy. My only concern in the very long term will be the zip at the front. If it ceases to zip up through wear then I fear the rest of the boot will be useless. The boots were perfectly packed on delivery and within the forecasted time.”
