“Super quick delivery. Bought on the Saturday and delivered Monday. Ordered a large as another buyer said they were the same size as me and the medium was small. Fits nicely just very slightly long at the back.”

“Harry Hall has always been great, unfortunately the quality of your product (ultimate grazing muzzle) seems to have gone down recently. I'm not sure if you've changed the production process or the materials used but they are now very poor quality.”

“Only worn them a few times but they are very warm and comfortable. I struggle with cold toes even with thermal socks. I like the easiness of wellies when out walking dogs so these are ideal. Easy to get on and off and great that they are short so no calf ache. They are large though so size down. I’m a 6.5 or 7 but had to return a 6 and get a 5! Highly recommend them.”

“I ordered boots in my usual size and they were so small I could not even get my foot in. I had to "request a return" which was cancelled by Harry Hall because they "did not have my postcode" - despite having delivered the boots with my postcode on the parcel. The phone line was ridiculous - I had to call twice as the returns option ended in a recorded message saying go to the website and the call was ended. The second time I just hit random options until I got a person. Had to pay another £4 to send them back despite them being not fit for purpose. Terrible!”

“Very impressed with service, kept up to date of when to expect parcel. Boots came well wrapped & the box be good for storing the boots when not needed. Remember from when my daughter worked weekends at stables that Harry Hall products were of good quality. Main reasons for choosing were known quality & good price.”
