“Really happy with the shape and design of the muzzle. My greedy cob hasn’t been able to pull it off either which is a real bonus. I love the extra room for the nostrils to breath and allow airflow to stop him sweating.”

“Shoulder of 12 -13 shirts are at least 3 inches wider. Than the adult Xs and adult s This should not be so. Also got variations in the colours and texture., as some of the shirts were made by fruit of the loom and others by another co. The embroidery of the logo was very nice.”

“Bought three items but had to return one due to them being too small. Hadn't heard anything after ten days so had to contact Harry Hall who, after checking details, couldn't find that it had been returned. Was told to look up Royal Mail 'Track and Trace' which confirmed delivery was made day after I posted it, so I was surprised that they had failed to locate it. However, a further phone call to Harry Hall gave swift processing of the refund from a very helpful Service administrator, Gemma.”

“ordered jodhs and they arrived next day, however the item was too big, returned item and reordered smaller pair which never arrived, in defence when I chased up order to say they were no longer required a credit was arranged the same day”
