“I had some questions when I was setting up insurance on the website but was really refreshed by helpful staff on the phone who quickly helped me get it all sorted. Very grateful for that.”

“Delivery was quick and jodhpurs were lovely just too small. The website says a 26 is a UK dress size 10 but when they came more like a size 8. Have had to send them back for a bigger size but don't know if they have any left 😔”

“Service is good. Ordered denim breeches but sadly too tight round my calf muscle, so had to send back. Awaiting refund which I'm assuming will be soon..”

“Very quick delivery of boots. They were too small, so returned for an exchange/replacement. Still waiting, 10 days later. It seems Harry Hall prioritise original orders, but returns/exchanges are pushed down the priority order. Rather annoying, as I have paid for the boots but have not got them!”

“These Bandages I was looking for years as I bought some similar ones about 25 years ago on the Equitana Fair in Germany. I couldn't find them in Germany or Switzerland. They are perfect for overnight support of the leg as it doesn't need padding, the only negativ thing is the closing. The velcro is overlaping and makes damages to the Bandage be removing.”
