“Good site, a bit expensive even with the Club discount but stuff is always high quality. I see it as the Waitrose of equestrian sites I guess my budget is a bit more Sainsbury's”

“The fly rug is what we wanted but I asked for the fly veil as the freebie to go with it - I assumed you had run out but saw that the fly veils were still being offered well after I had bought the rug.”

“Body protector arrived promptly and nice that is is more flexible than earlier ones. Has a nice feminine fit and doesn't look too bulky. For me the bulk under the arms is a bit uncomfortable to start but after a while you don't notice. It is smart looking.”

“I ordered a pair of size 30 jodhpurs as my original ones were that size. However the ones I received were a little big both on the waist and in the leg. They are also very long for me, I am 5ft 3ins. I washed them and the legs sorted themselves out but they are still a little big on the waist, I can wear a belt to sort that out but the length was still too long so I had to take them up. Apart from that the material is very nice and they are comfortable.”

“A great company with a huge range of excellent products at a really good price. My only gripe is that I cannot log on to my account, which is very annoying. Customer service are very helpful when I phone up but I want to be able of order online, not over the phone. I have reported the problem but I am still waiting for it to be sorted out. The IT department don't seem to be as helpful as customer services.”
