“I didn't want to renew my Membership but my money was taken. Perhaps it would have been nice to have received an email asking if I wished to renew. I did email about it but nobody replied so here it is. Please respond!”

“Bought these in large to go on the hind legs of a 15.2. They were so chunky they wouldn't wrap round leg so were returned.”

“I purchased an insurance policy but to be honest it’s all being a bit of a slow job I first sent for it just before my insurance ran out back in July but I’ve only just had notification off Harry Hall about 3 weeks ago I’ve had no paper work to say that my horse is covered so I’m a bit disappointed.”

“Paid for Gold membership to take advantage of the insurance. Did not receive any policy type documents- only an email to say i'd paid membership. It would be good to at least get acknowledgement such as an online membership card or policy number at least.”

“Normally your service is excellent. However on the occasion it took close to six weeks to exchange this product. I gather it was over looked. A simple apology by email would have been nice. I understand errors happen, but it's how their managed can make a difference.”

“Sizing on these is very very small, and the cut isn't very proportionate I don't think - I'm a normal sort of size and shape. Even the next size up from my usual size in breeches and everything else isn't great. The denim has hardly any stretch in it - I have Levi jeans with more stretch! They do look nice however. The return service to get the next size up took almost 3 weeks for a replacement to arrive which I think is unacceptable even allowing for extra demand on delivery services at this time. On the whole pretty disappointed all around”

“I recently bought a pair of breeches which I was very happy with when they arrived. After one ride I noticed they had a hole appearing in them at the seam on the rear, which after close inspection I can see another forming lower down on the same seam also. They fit me fine, a bit baggy so was a disappointed with this occurrence.”
