“I recently purchased some Shadesman turf and I have to say it's probably some of the best looking turf I've ever purchased. However, it had made it's journey over a couple of very hot days and several rolls were suffering from heat stress on arrival. Customer service were amazing, I submitted date-stamped photos of the affected turf and was instantly granted replacement or refund with no hassles or quibbles. Many thanks for your help and keep knocking out great products.”

“We purchased the Shadesman+ Lawn Turf and are delighted with it. The turf was delivered on the date requested and was well packed on the pallet, with no damage to any roll [turf]. Each roll of turf has a very robust structure, which made handling and laying it extremely easy. One of the most impressive features was the soil matting, this seems to help enable the grass to establish itself. The grass is thick and compact. The only concern was one roll ( a square metre) that has significant areas of dead thatched grass, which detracted from the excellent quality of the other rolls. In fairness the grass has been transported some distance and given the weather conditions it may be surprising. I should add that the turf was watered on arrival kept overnight in a shaded area and laid the next day, it has subsequently been watered twice daily and apart from this one one roll the rest seems to be getting embedded well. I would certainly have no hesitation in ordering the exact same turf from Turfonline, should we ever need it. Very pleased.”

“I am very pleased with my purchase from Turf Online. The turf arrived on time and seems very good quality. It does not have the annoying plastic mesh which some turf has. Two weeks on, the grass is growing very strongly and has taken root, even though I laid it in quite hot weather in June! (There has been much watering to help on its way!) The Shadesman grass seems to be tolerating my small shady garden well.”
