“Very easy process”

“Great service, lovely delivery service and I, as an-ungreen fingered person, have been able to lay, grow and watch my lawn grow. The grass is like a carpet and as easy to lay. It has taken really well, even when I had to fill in with strips much smaller than the company recommends. Exceptional quality and a very happy customer. Thank you for making my garden green and something to enjoy in the present climate. 5 stars.”

“Bought some of the pollinator meadow turn... Absolutely brilliant service with super quick delivery and love the mini meadow i now have as partbif my lawn. Its only been down for 5 days and already attractingvall sorry if insects Would definitely recommend”

“I was recommended to buy turf from you by my son, I helped to lay his turf recently. I ordered online the same turf as him as I thought the quality was very good and the price?, well I feel my purchase was well worth the money I spent. I am very happy to recommend to others the use of your services and have already mentioned to several people how pleased we are. The only downside was we had 4 turves which were broken, I was able to get around that thankfully. All that being said, I would definitely recommend your company and not hesitate to buy from you again Steve”

“Everything so far as gone perfectly with the turf. Lawn came in good condition just before midday. Myself and partner to turfed the area. One week later, grass looks a lucious vivid green. No complaints, spoke to customer service on the phone in the morning who wete helpful and pleasant.”

“An absolutely horrible company to deal with, I would highly not Recommend anyone using this company! I ordered turf and top soil, they took the payment and never delivered any of the products. The delivery driver and transport manger was rude and aggressive. They would not drive up my road and then expected me to wheelbarrow 2 ton of top soil more than 1/4 of a mile up to my house. When I refused to do this they then told me because he could not drive the lorry up my road it was my fault Therefore I was not entitled to a refund. I have had skip Lorries and grab lorries the same size as the lorry they tried to deliver in. They have stole £500 from us with no offer of a refund and when we call them they are not interested. Please please do not use this company.”

I have privately messaged you a couple of days ago but I have had no response. I'm sorry that you have had a bad experience with your turf and topsoil order. I have tried to investigate but we have been unable to find your order and no one recalls speaking to you. Perhaps your turf was ordered through a different website. I hope you manage to resolve your complaint.
