“Paid for 8-2 delivery and turf only turned up after 4:30pm. Called several times to get info on delivery from about 10am but was not given any info until 30 mins before delivery. Had a terrible time trying to lay turf by torchlight that evening. Received pathetic refund of just £10 for the early delivery slot. Phoned to ask for better compensation and have had no contact since. Very poor delivery and customer service.”

“Paid for a timed delivery between 8.00- 11.00am Phoned by Turfonlline at 9.00am on day of delivery saying my delivery had gone missing and they Could not locate it. Turfonline had no idea where the delivery depot was or even where the delivery hub was located. Advised at 11.00am that the turf kwould be delivered sometime in the afternoon. The turf finally arrived at 4.30pm and was delivered by a begrudging driver. Turfonline refunded the additional fee paid for early delivery resulting laying the turf a day later than they recommended.”

“Easy to order & understand. Delivered on the day chosen, helpful delivery person. The sedum was very dry when delivered, so needed carful handling or would fall apart quit easly. That said it would soon add a lot of weight if delivered wet. The matting was difficult to cut, I used up two pairs of old scissors as you have to cut through the backing along with the chipping and gravel of the growing medium. I allowed 50mm for the depth of sedum & backing which was perfect for the job. It looked good when laid & really happy after jus a few days. You DO need the extra 5% when ordering, or expect to wish you had later.”

“Quick and easy to order. Unbelievable value especially regarding delivery costs (I found slightly cheaper turf online but they wanted £150 delivery). New lawn is looking really great. Website is full of really handy tips and advice. I will be visiting again soon once the lawn has fully bedded and will look to purchase necessary items to keep it looking as it does now. I would thoroughly recommend using Turfonline. If you have a large project definitely book an early slot for a little extra.”

“Turf arrived on day expected. Excellent quality turf. Shout out for the delivery driver who was very polite and helpful. Turf has been down for three weeks and it is hard to see the joins. Really pleased with the turfs and the results. Would definitely order again if needed.”
