“Really pleased with the turf and quality of the product. But suggest that people are very clear about where they live as the local firm that was then commissioned to deliver the product put it on a huge lorry that could not get down our lane.”

“I have sent two messages through your notification system notifying Turfonline that the package ordered and paid for under order number 200067939 on 2nd April has not arrived I have not had a response to either I've also contacted DPD who have refused to contact Turfonline and saidI am obliged to notify you as they received an empty package which I have done as above They have sent me an email to say my complaint is investigated The complete lack of response on this is very poor Please send me a refund by return”

“Arrived around 2pm driver was very pleasant and helpful, meadow turf looked healthy a few patches here and there, but I would imagine there will be plenty of seeds imbedded with in. Early days at the moment but very pleased.”

“The turf was delivered early, so I was able to lay it down within the same day. It was all green and appeared very healthy. A week later the grass is growing nicely and homogeneously and there are no gaps, areas of yellowing or irregular patches. Even some spare cuts that I left aside on my patio were still green after 4 days, so I decided to lay them down in the allotment. Overall, I am very happy with the quality and appearance as well as the resilience of the turf.”

“Ordering and selecting a delivery date/ time was easy. The delivery guy was helpful and quite happy to move the pallet to the bottom of our driveway, despite being on a slope. The shadesman turf was really green and good quality. Hoping it stays that way with a bit of care. I'm currently waiting to see how the wildflower turf pans out. We got the birds and bees wildflower mat, which looks generally healthy (only a little patchy currently) and plants are growing fine. We also got the cottage garden turf, which currently looks very similar to the species rich turf (ie a lot of grass compared to flowers!).... I'm hoping the balance changes as things grow - only time will tell!! So far over all, a very positive experience. If the wildflower turf grows in a similar fashion to the pictures online, then the rating would become 5 star!”
