“I've bought a couple of beds from HappyBeds and they've all been great. They give a 5year guarantee and one broke after 4.5years. I got in touch and was helped by a fantastic person named Amiee who was really helpful. The model I have is no longer made and so a replacement part couldn't be found, but they refunded me the cost of the bed. Fantastic customer service, very helpful by Amiee. Couldn't ask for better.”

“This is the fourth time we've ordered a mattress or bed from Happy Beds - as we've found them to be well priced, extremely well made, but also really helpful in the past with any queries. When we took delivery of our new kingsize bed and mattress, the courier brought to our attention that the mattress casing bag had a small split in it and the mattress had a dirty mark on it. He advised us to take photos and contact Happy Beds. We notified Happy Beds immediately - and received a really quick response from Amiee, one of the customer service team. Amiee offered us a number of different alternatives to resolve the problem and we're very pleased with the speed and resolution of the issue. We thought that the bed and mattress were well priced and the delivery team were extremely courteous and helpful too. Overall our experience has been great - thank you Happy Beds - I'm sure we'll be in contact again in the future.”

“Although there was delivery issue resulting in a 1 day delay, happy bed where prompt to respond to my request for the delivery charge to be refunded- thank you to Aimee for being so helpful. My son absolutely loves his new bed! Sturdy, attractive and relatively straightforward to build (I think! As I left it mainly to my husband!) Overall a great experience.”

“I recently bought a divan bed from Happy Beds. The frame looks really cool and sturdy. Good value for the money I would say. Unfortunately I had a problem with the delivery and contacted customer service. Amiee responded to it right away and my issue has been resolved. To be honest, I am not used to getting a reply from customer service in such short notice, so I was impressed. Hence, the 5 stars.”

“I ordered my bed to be delivered 2 weeks before Christmas - optimistic! I received as promised, delivery guys were great. Unfortunately a couple of parts were damaged, I logged on the online form and phoned. Received super fast responses and every person I dealt with (Aimee Caroline & Chloe) was so friendly and helpful. Honestly 5* service. I work in customer service and having an issue is not a bad thing, it’s how you deal with it that matters and this is textbook! My new parts are due to arrive on 23rd December so they will be in their new bunk bed by Christmas! Thanks Happy Beds & your staff! Have a wonderful Christmas!”
