“We had a problem with our delivery - no mattress. I spoke to Aimee who was really helpful and explained the problem was caused by one supplier. She organised a refund for the mattress, I ordered a different one and it was delivered next day. Thank you!”

“Would highly recommend happy beds, stumbled across this company and hand on heart it is the best bed we have ever had. Slight mix up with the frame which was efficiently resolved by happy beds staff Aimee and chloe, they are Both a credit to the Company. All has been rectified. Normally company’s can be a pain trying to resolve problems but not these girls I appreciate how helpful you both where, Thank you so much for your brilliant customer service. Will be returning to buy our guest bedroom bed”

“Customer service excellent, thank you Tina and Kyi who went above and beyond in helping us. My daughter loves the divan bed and the velvet finish is beautiful. The top board is very thin, so beware of putting any weight on these style of beds without the mattress in place.”

“The bed I brought was amazing quality, great price and very sturdy (I was surprised) I recently had to contact customer service re another purchase… Kyi was very helpful and so kind and understanding to my situation. “This will be the second time I have ordered from this company. On this occasion, I purchased the Nebula Gaming Bed for my son. Happy Beds provide excellent communication, and a fast and efficient delivery service. Unfortunatly one of the panels off the bed were found to be damaged upon delivery. I filled out an online form to let the company know it arrived damaged and the advisor Sophie emailed me back the next working day and dealt with my query appropriatly. Another happy customer. Thank you.”

“I bought a king bed for a new property, this unfortunately fell through so I asked if it was possible to cancel the order, which was done immediately. I recommend happy beds to anyone wanting a good service. I shall definitely use them in the future.”
