“This will be the second time I have ordered from this company. On this occasion, I purchased the Nebula Gaming Bed for my son. Happy Beds provide excellent communication, and a fast and efficient delivery service. Unfortunatly one of the panels off the bed were found to be damaged upon delivery. I filled out an online form to let the company know it arrived damaged and the advisor Sophie emailed me back the next working day and dealt with my query appropriatly. Another happy customer. Thank you.”

“I bought a king bed for a new property, this unfortunately fell through so I asked if it was possible to cancel the order, which was done immediately. I recommend happy beds to anyone wanting a good service. I shall definitely use them in the future.”

“My bed broke and I requested the parts to fix it. I received a response from Happy Beds the next day and Kyi and Chloe were helpful and professional over email. The parts were delivered in one week and I was able to fix my bed.”

“The service has been excellent with a good bed priced at a good rate. We had a few issues out of Happy Beds control, but these were resolved quickly with no bother by Kyi in customer services. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered a bed for our granddaughter which also contained a guest bed. The delivery was on time, but when the bed was unpacked it was found that some parts were damaged. Contacted Happy beds, where Amiee after seen photos took control and arranged for new parts to be dispatched.”
