“Returning customer for a quality gaming desk, our son loved his used for twin screens, laptop, external keyboard & mouse with enough room to do homework so purchased another for our daughter. Delivery and quality all perfect. Liv in customer services was also quick to respond and informative.”

“I ordered both a mattress and a bed on different days. I e-mailed requesting them to be delivered together. Within minutes I received a phone call from Sophie {she had not received my message } offering me an option of one delivery for both. She was polite and told me she had seen my orders but not the request. She was offering before I asked exactly what I was requesting.Full marks for her iniitcitive in responding thank you Eileen Brown.”

“Ordered two pine single beds which arrived on the day specified. Bonus. Built the first one, no issues and looked good. Checked the hardware for the second bed and found that one of the coupling screws had no thread. E mailed Happy Beds via their website using the supplied contact form. Got a reply the same day from Sophie who had passed my query on to the manufacturers. Just over a week later Sophie made contact stating that the part had been issued by the manufacturing team and I should receive it within the next few working days. Thanks Sophie.”

“I had a slight issue with my order comfirmation not coming through to my e-mail, meaning I could not access my tracking number. However, Sophie quickly made this issue disappear and re-sent me my confirmation e-mail within an hour of my e-mail. Great customer service, thank you again.”

“I purchased a bed for my daughter, who has ASD and sensitivity issues. The purchase and delivery were excellent. Unfortunately the bed was not suitable due to the texture of the wood, otherwise the bed was very good quality. Because I had only opened the boxes I was able to return the bed back in the condition it was delivered. I filled in the form on line arranged a courtier and let Jack at happy beds know that the bed would be returned and why. Jack was very helpful and we had this all sorted with in a couple of days. Communication was fantastic. One of the best customer services I have ever used. Thank you jack”

“Called and spoke with Olivia as there seemed to be a problem with the web site. Olivia verified there was and that she would call me back once resolved. 10 minutes later Olivia called as promised and that the problem was fixed. Bed ordered I called and by chance spoke with Olivia again to see if the delivery could be added to another earlier bed order. This was done and again as promised Olivia sent me an email confirmation. Many thanks Olivia. Friendly, efficient service. What more could you ask.”

“We recently ordered a children's mid sleeper bed for our little one, and are very pleased with it, as is our little one. The product was delivered as scheduled, and the delivery guys were very professional and also very friendly. They delivered it to our flat (on the second floor) without any grumbles! In terms of the assembly of the product, the instructions provided were clear, and the parts well labelled, making it very straightforward to put it together. There were a couple of parts that had minor damage but once we informed the seller about it, this was resolved straight away. The customer service agent Lizzy who dealt with this was extremely helpful, and kept us informed throughout the process until the issue was resolved. Excellent customer service, thank you Lizzy! Overall, we are delighted with the product and the after-care that we have received. Thank you Happy Beds!”
