“I ordered a bed but unfortunately had some problems, got in contact with happy beds and Amiee and Melissa have been extremely helpful all the way through the process! Great customer service”

“We decided to order from Happy Beds because we really liked the bed and it was cheaper than the other beds we saw in high street shops. The delivery was fast and the bed seemed easy to assemble. However, half way through we realised that one of the side rails for the box frame was faulty as it had no components to drill the screws in. We were extremely disappointed and regretted ordering online. Luckily, we were able to get an immediate response from Amiee from customer services and she ordered a new part for us straight away. We were impressed with how quickly she responded to our emails and felt reassured that this matter will be dealt with. As promised, the new part arrived within 4 working days and we are now thrilled with our new bed. Thank you Happy Beds!!”

“Aimee was extremely helpful with my refund, so would rate the customer care 5 stars. However the bunk bed that was delivered had one of the main frames cracked through , which was mostly annoying because we had cleared up the bedroom, dismantled the single bed, took the three heavy packs of bunk bed upstairs… to find out that the wood was cracked therefore unsafe to use. Repackaged everything, moved all back downstairs, had to wait a few days for the collection. On the whole I was reassured by the customer care, such a shame the wood was cracked.”

“Amiee provided an excellent service to resolve my problem. Had a faulty mattress, contacted Happy Beds directly and she got back to me within a couple of hours. Got everything resolved very fast and effectively and new mattress came the next working day. Would highly recommend Happy Beds! Well done Amiee!!!”

“We had an issue with a bed being faulty. It took us a while to get in touch and to reply to emails but Amiee on their customer service team was fantastic. She replied very quickly and helped us identify the parts we needed easily and rectified the issues with minimal fuss. Very good service.”
