“Absolutely disgusting customer service, not delivered on my chosen day, taken off work, but Only delivered 2 boxes not 3 today another day off work, called to complain, told it would be tomorrow 3rf day off work, so I cancelled and asked for refund and part bed to be collected this is going to be a lengthy process, very unhappy”

“i am quite happy with my mattress from happy beds, .its a single super firm matress, and i bought it to help my back during sleep as i suffer from back ache a lot. so far the mattress is doing a good job and i get a good nights sleep.. the service i got from happy beds was very good, arrived on time and i was kept informed by the courier as to when it would arrive at my door..”

“Ordering process good. Delivery info and process Good , however on delivery of bed , 1 packaged item damaged. Delivery guys noted this , imaged it and logged it , along with being apologetic. I rang and logged this as per process , emailed issue with images and this is were things went drastically down hill. I imaged damaged box which had full info on it but they expected me to fully open box , get assembly instructions out and identify which part damaged so they could identify which part damaged and its individual part number. I said i'm not prepared to fully open box , take out all contents and identify which part and requested that full box be replaced. Alot of toing and frowing but they eventually agreed due to fact bed not being assembled straight away due to house being decorated. I received an email on 26th October stating a replacement item will be delivered in 5-7 working days. 13 working days later im still waiting . Happy beds is company name but im far from Happy. I have emailed customer service and now await responce. Unless this is sorted quickly then i will reject full bed ( cost close to £800 so not cheap ) as current state not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality”

“The order process was super-easy and although the delivery time is fairly long, delivery itself was really easy. I had been worrying about how easily the item would fit through my front door, but it came in two small packages that fit easily. Comfy, easy to operate and not at all expensive.”

“We have Bought twice from Happy beds Now ; Last year the Rio washed pine s/bed + Mattress For our Grand Daughter And this year The Royale Spring Orthopaedic Mattress for our Guests Bedroom ; Great products & service , Will use again .If & when required”

“The bunk beds we bought are of excellent quality. Everything fitted perfectly. As stated it does need two people to build it but we are in our late 60’s and managed. Our grandchildren love the beds.”

“I have purchased two mattresses from Happy Beds recently and have been very happy with both, although they were different types. I was anxious to purchase a natural filling mattress and the Signature Crystal did not disappoint. The second was a memory foam mattress for my son, who has allergies. The prices are excellent, as is customer communication, service and delivery.”

“I have now ordered 3 mattresses from happy beds. The natural filling mattress was very good and it does not get too hot at night.Their customer service was also excellent and they refunded the money when i had accidently paid twice. I will be ordring from them again.Great service!! Their price was the cheapest that i could find on the internet”

“With both arthritis and sciatica my back went into an overdrive of pain on my old mattress but this new one is great. I really can be pain free in bed now. It is soft and supportive. I love it. Who would have thought that a mattress costing so little could make me so happy.”

“Decided to refurbish our second bedroom browsed on line and came across Happy Beds.What a selection and moreover what great prices. The bed we ordered looked sturdy and stylish.And on reciept we were not disappointed. Delivery was as advertised, Very efficient. Building of the Otterman bed was as per instructions.Two people are advised for the construction and easily made.We were delighted with our purchase and would not hesitate to use this company again”
