“I came across Happy Hatters on the internet and they were offering exactly what I had been looking for, but I had never used them before. When we had to move the party date because of a Covid outbreak at the school, Kelly was really understanding and offered another date and she and her crew were in touch throughout, communication was excellent. We had 2 entertainers for 30 children aged 6 and 7 and they absolutely LOVED it - the sleeping unicorn game was a particular hit! Krystal and Camille's energy was infectious and kept the kids happy all afternoon. Very glad I chose them and would definitely recommend!”

“We booked a superhero party for our son’s 5th party and Batgirl exceeded our expectations. The children were engaged & having fun for our full 2 hours, so helpful in the lead up also. Will be using Happy Hatters again, thank you”

“Although the entertainer was lovely person, I had specifically requested themed games / entertainment. It was basic “magic” from a colouring book. Which had no relevance to the character.”

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. We truly are very sorry that you had felt anything but completely satisfied with your experience with us. As you had booked a Princess Picnic at home package, we are very clear upon booking about what this entails: -Princess entertainer arrive in costume and character. -Set up tea with children which includes juice & cake. -Storytelling -Glitter Tattoos -Birthday gift presented to birthday child -Stickers all children -Time for Photographs Had you you booked one of our party entertainment packages, further games and music etc is included.

“Excellent entertainer, who was prompt, engaging, and brought so much energy! It was beautiful and such a joy to see their faces plus the screams of excitement! Working with the team to organise was a brilliant experience also. Even though the booking was late, the service was smooth - thank you! Would definitely book again and have already recommended them for a friend's event.”

“Jamie, who came dressed up as Catboy (from PJ Mask) was amazing. My 5 years daughter and her friends loved it and said that it was the best part of the Birthday. They couldn't stop laughing, all activity created by Jamie were very entertaining and kids were engaged for all 1,5 hours. I can recommend their service to everyone”

“I though the entertainers were absolutely amazing they really did entertain the kids and kept them engaged the whole party. All the parents commented on how great they were. The only reason I am not giving the full 5 starts is due to Cinderella's outfit, she was a very poorly dressed Cinderella (it didn't matter to my daughter as she is only 4) but I thought a bit more effort could have gone into shoes and a dress that didn't look like it was too short for her. Apart from that amazing and I would hire again.”

We are very sorry you had felt any disappointment in one of the costumes, our Cinders dress does cut off at ankle length due to how high energy the party games / entertainers etc are but please know that your feedback is taken very seriously & much appreciated always to help us to continue to learn & grow! “Well what can we say from start to finish Happy Hatters were fantastic. We had a Captain America themed party our host kept the kids entertained from start to finish playing lots of fun games and keeping them interested:) he also used a lot of superhero reference that our son loved :) would highly recommend them to make the perfect party :)”

“Kelly and her team were BRILLIANT! We had a 5th birthday party for 40 children and every single child got involved, laughed, giggled and were talking about it when back at school the following week. I am in awe of how Kelly managed to keep the children all attentive and involved, a magical skill! Could not rate Happy Hatters more highly!”

“We booked Happy Hatter Parties for our grandaughter’s 4th unicorn theme birthday party. Kelly kept the kids fully engaged and entertained for two hours. Niah Rose had the time of her life as did all the other kids. So pleased we chose Happy Hatter Parties, would definitely use again!!! Thank you Kelly … you were brilliant!”

“Jamie the entertainer was absolutely amazing! He had such a nice way with the children who were really young aged between 2.5- 5 years. He kept them interested and engaged the whole time. The children had such fun, many of the parents have been saying how great it was and how much their children enjoyed it. I would love to go through hatter parties again in the future Thank you for helping create such a wonderful birthday for my son Jamie!x”

“Happy Hatter Parties were really pleasant as a company to deal with. Kelly the manager i dealt with in arranging dates/times for my birthday party was very accomodating to my requests for a short notice period. Given the current covid circumstances we were all in July 2021, the part was conducted outside in the rain under a Marquee. The weather did not matter a jot as Crystal the children's entertainer did her upmost best to please and entertain a group of very young girls age 4-5. They all had so much fun and it was a day to remember for them all. Will consider Happy Hatters for the next birthday!”

“Kelly was amazing at my son’s 5th birthday party. She was great with all 22 children and they were captivated by her! She was super friendly and included all the children (even remembering all their names). She also really made my son feel special too. I would highly recommend Kelly to all my friends and would definitely use her again!”

“Kelly hosted an amazing Mario themed party for our daughter's 7th birthday in the garden. She was full of energy and engaged all the children throughout the 2 hours. She had a great range of activities and games and the kids had an absolutely fantastic time. My son is already asking if 'Super Maria' can come to his birthday! This was money well spent - I cannot recommend Happy Hatter Parties highly enough!”
