“This is just to express my thanks and appreciation for the great service provided by yourselves, and especially by the delivery drivers. I ordered the fridge/freezer on behalf of my Mum and she was really pleased. She explained that the delivery men were excellent and “couldn’t have been more helpful”. Thank you very much!”

“I rang Hansons on Monday 5 Sep 2022 to enquire about a new Smeg kettle as my kettle was leaking. I was told that the price was £140 but the gentleman from Hansons said that he would look on their records to see how long I had had the kettle but the computer terminals were all busy and that he he would ring me later. This he did and told me that the kettle was still under guarantee and that I should contact Smeg who would send me a replacement. This I did and I received my replacement kettle from Smeg on Wednesday 7 September 2022. This was excellent service both from Hansons and from Smeg.”

“As always, a really easy company to do business with. Although part of Euronics, Hanson always feels lime a local firm so glad I can keep local people in work. Excellent customer service, fast free delivery, no hassle installation and prices always beat the faceless bigger companies. We will be back again but not for a long time as everything you sell us seems to last years, last washing machine and condenser dryer lasted around 15 years. This time I purchased a washing machine on line as working away but no hassle at all, straight forward to use website but I also felt confident in knowing if I had an issue I could pop into the shop when back. Never had to return anything or ask for a refund. When I have visited the shop in the past, always found sales people to be straightforward, no nonsense and knowledgeable.”

“My elderly parents bought a cooker to find a part fell off. They have contacted hanson s so many times and now into 2nd month still nobody has contacted them as to when this will be fixed. So out of 30 day period re refund due to faulty product.”
