“Visited on Sunday. The guy who served us was brilliant and totally honest about products. Check stock for us and advised us on what was available immediately. Then helped load the dryer in the into the van. Excellent service”

“Rang an hour before delivery. Item was unpacked and found to be damaged so was taken away straightaway and a new one delivered the next day. Packaging removed and taken away. Polite and friendly staff.”

“Recommended to me and staff/van crews were superb, positive, responsive and sorted small glitches without fuss. They even showed me how to get it to work-see below. The brand bought (Beko) turned out fine eventually but the user's manual is useless and is wrong in places. A simple soul may think the start/pause key pauses the start, the manual says it cancels the programme, yet it has to be pressed to start the selected programme. Check on features before buying eg there doesn't seem to be a rinse only option. Beko need to issue instructions for specific models, not all of them; and get them translated into English by a human, not a computer.”

“We simply cannot fault Hanson Electrical. We ordered on the Saturday and the dryer was delivered on the Monday. Unfortunately there was an issue with it, (nothing to do with Hanson's) one call to Hanson and a replacement was organised, delivered and fitted for us by the Thursday! Cannot recommend them enough”
