“I purchased a new washing machine and the process was professional and fast. The delivery was on time and they were very polite and friendly. However I requested the machine to be connected which they did but not in the same way as the previous machine. After they had left we tried the first wash as instruction, we found water leaking from several joints in the waste system.I am now awaiting my plumber to fix the problem.”

“Delivery and product availability was great. However it came without an instruction manual so we had to guess installation and have had to go online to find out how to install the sliding doors- such a pain that the guide wasn’t included!”

“They were able to supply us with the freezer we wanted when we were unable to source one locally due to lack of production due to Coronavirus. Very helpful staff and a very quick turnaround. Full marks.”

“Very good online service, and prompt delivery of our dishwasher. However! The website doesn’t specify that integral machines will not be installed (although we would have been happy to pay for that service) and we therefore wasted £10 for the old machine to NOT be taken away and recycled. Bad communication, and Hanson Electrical owe us £10!”

“The price of the product. However I called Hanson’s shop to be informed if I was buying from them there was a £25 delivery change for my integrated freezer. I went on line and bought same product with free delivery. The sales assistant was unhelpful.”
