“Extremely dissapointed and angered by the service I have receieved. I ordered a set of 200 QR code stickers (of which I am completely new to and admit I didn't know how they work), I also paid for the in-house design service to create these for me. On receieving the stickers I have realised that I needed to give the URL details during the design process for them to be at all suitable. When I contacted your company I was basically told that this was my error and nothing can be done to rectify it. Why didn't the designer prompt me at any stage to ask if I meant to include a URL? Nothing short of a scam and the customer service I received was awful.”

Good morning, Jon; thank you for taking the time to provide your review. Naturally, Handy Labels isn’t happy to receive a 1-star view and would like the opportunity to explain further. You provided no information on your order to what you require; our artwork team have requested the following: I’m in the process of creating your PDF proof for approval, but I was wondering if you could give me a little more guidance on the layout of the label, please. Are you requiring a label that has a numbered QR code at the top and underneath the words ‘Fire Extinguisher’ and then type of extinguisher under that? To this question, you’ve replied, yes, please, and did not provide us with any further instructions or ask any questions. We needed to be informed if you weren’t clear about what you were ordering. We produced the order per your instructions and approved PDF proof. We appreciate ordering QR codes is new to you, and that you don’t know how they work, but we have several pages of information on our website to help guide every unsure customer. We also have an online chat and are always happy to help over the telephone. At Handy Labels, we do not achieve anything by providing our customers with something they aren’t able to use, and we can not be held responsible if we do not know what you require to produce your order. Per your call with us, after you received your order, you mentioned that you require dynamic QR codes, and you looked at our website to read that we cannot produce these; we can only provide static QR codes. Your order was with DPD and was due for delivery at this stage. Unfortunately, as you were aware, we can’t now change what you’ve approved, printed and despatched. We will, of course, make contact with you directly via email and offer to see if we can help find a solution. Kind regards
