“I wanted these for a workplace window to advise of a new business inside. the stickers are good, size is as ordered, colours good. I had hoped that they would be for the inside but unfortunately they are for the outside of the window, not sure if I was being dumb or it just wasn't clear. I used a cloth to apply smoothly to the window, if I pushed too hard the colour came away a little.”

“Great communication, fast production and dispatch. The only reason I haven't given a 5 star review is I assumed that the 80mm size logo would go all the way to the edge of my design, but there is now a grey border on each sticker, which does spoil the finished items. So I'm rather disappointed (see pics)”

Thank you for your review and feedback Martin, Sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the labels received - We do try our best to point this out by using our PDF proof stage where the artwork team provided a visual to your email - At this stage you would be welcome to provide us with updated artwork set up correctly as per our artwork guidelines. If you need to reorder let us know and we can help you achieve the correct result required.

“Labels were fine and customer service very good. The only issue I faced was I had to cut each sticker individually as I have to distribute them individually. That said overall a good arrive.”

Thank you for your review and feedback, please know that do offer a die cut option on the website :https://www.handylabels.co.uk/products/specialised-products/die-cut-stickers.html as standard our labels are supplied kiss cut on A4 sheets.

“The website is not working very well and took me ages to create my labels for that reason but once I received the labels, they looks really good. I would recommend using them because the label making tool is really useful and the quality of the labels were excellent.”

“I love the products I received easy to create and upload for print, the website function is a abit difficult to use on a MacBook as there is no scroll option available while you are editing your labels so I end up having to highlight all the wording to allow me to scroll. This is my third order and each time it comes in a “do not bend” envelope, but my items come bent as they are then placed in a dpd plastic sleeve which covers the “do not bend” writing so it comes damaged but my labels survive as I order clear vinyl.”

“Sticker quality and speed were great. I would have loved for the stickers to come individually cut instead of on sheets, I don’t know if I missed this option during checkout or if it’s not an option.”

“I was happy with the cost and delivery time and the print looked good. My only issue was the waste was only stripped from half the job so I had to remove the rest myself to make a presentable job to my client. I would use again.”

Thank you for your feedback! We're pleased that you are happy with the price of your stickers, the print quality and our delivery time. It's great to receive your feedback about the removal of the matrix from the sheets - the reason we don't remove the matrix from all of the sheets is to protect the edges of your stickers in transit. The ones that have had the matrix removed would have been to quality control the cut etc. We will take this onboard. 👍

“I ordered my labels requesting that a border added and the request was accepted but I guess the it was forgotten as I received the labels without the borderline. I spoke to the designer but he argued he was right and therefore I ddnt wana argue, I accepted what I got and left it at that.”
