“This is the second time I've used Handy Labels for creating some labels to personalise items for welcome packs for new starters at our business. The service received on both occasions has been outstanding, they're quick and easy to use and the quality of the printing as well as the actual labels themselves are excellent. The price of the labels is also extremely competitive and I haven't found anyone cheaper at the same quality. I will definitely be using Handy Labels again!”

“Not badly priced - customer service needs work (not helpful on the phone), definitely order in advance as delivery is not guaranteed within the window they claim - slow PDF sent for approval, slow dispatch. No orders sent over weekends. Good option for bulk buy, not great if you are on a tight deadline.”

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. However, unfortunately, your facts are incorrect. We want to let future customers have the correct information: Here is our Handy Labels Turnaround: We aim for you to receive your PDF within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Once the PDF proof is approved, we aim to print, finish, and dispatch within 2-3 working days. Once dispatched, we use a DPD next-day service. Here is your turnaround for your order: Order placed 29th of May at 18.56 (Thursday), PDF Proof sent 30th of May 15.38 (Friday), Approved 15.50 (Friday), Dispatched 3rd of June (Tuesday) & Out for delivery 4th of June (Wednesday). We were actually ahead of our schedule with your order. As a hard-working small team, we allow our staff to have a rest over the weekend, we have a very busy production Monday to Friday. “I highly recommend HandyLabels! I Uploaded my media , customised my size to 29mm (which so many other sites do not do, as their min is 25mm). They arrived very quickly with DPD, in a flat envelope to keep them all in tact. The stickers quality are very good and the print is very clear (no blurs or pixelated). Will be purchasing again from here 100%! *****”
