Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order. We did try to resolve the issue promptly, including improving the supplied artwork where possible and sending a replacement order free of charge on the same day. When you remained unhappy with the result, we asked for the order to be returned so that we could issue a full refund, which has subsequently been processed. We are therefore disappointed to receive a 1-star review after offering both a free replacement and a full refund. We also feel it is important to mention that our staff had to ask for the conversation to remain calm and respectful so that they could continue helping resolve the matter. We do not tolerate aggressive or abusive behaviour directed towards any member of the Handy Brand team. We always aim to handle issues fairly and professionally but appreciate your feedback as we continually aim to improve our service.

“This must be my 4th or 5th order from Handy labels. Everyone comments on the excellent quality of the labels. Their design team are fantastic and alsways there to assist me with any tweaks to my design. The shipping is excellent and so fast. These are my go to label company now and I highly recommend them to all.”

“Used this service twice and it's brilliant quality overall, Would definitely use again. My one critique is there was a mix up on my last order because the order/edit screen could be a bit more transparent. I uploaded multiple designs and definitely clicked multiple service but I think I had to refresh and it kept all details excluding the toggle for the multiple choice. Half human error on my side of course. Maybe program a prompt should come up when going to basket, if multiple images are uploaded it could remind the buyer to make sure it's toggled for multiple print service. Again I accept half was my fault. But I am autistic and that comes with dyslexia etc so little changes like the reminder prompt would help neuro-diverse types. 9/10 service”
