“The labels they produce are great and I have no issues with that side of things, I think the labels are more expensive than they need to be, but everyone is putting up prices unnecessarily these days :( the only bit that does wind me up is that all new customers get 10% and the people like me that I have placed lots of orders get a few points as a discount...”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review Matthew. It's great to hear you're happy with your labels and we very much appreciate all of the feedback. In regards to the cost of orders, we assure you that this is not unnecessary. We have always tried everything we can to keep costs as low as possible, and continue to do so. Throughout many years of rising prices caused by a variety of external factors (the pandemic, cost of living crisis for example) we managed to absorb the extra costs without passing that on to our customers. Unfortunately, as a small employee owned business this was not sustainable forever and in order for us to continue to provide your labels you have, as you've mentioned seen a slight rise in your order cost. We do absolutely appreciate your returning custom and the rewards system is in place for this reason. Every customer is offered a one-time code (new10) to receive 10% off their first order and I can see you have benefited from this yourself. Then points are accrued for every order placed and as a returning customer you are also using these to receive further discounts - this is something a newer customer does not have the benefit of. If you ever have any queries at all then please do not hesitate to get in contact via phone, email or the online chat on the website.

“Brilliant service from handy labels. Called and the person on the phone was very helpful and we were then confident on what we needed. The website has so much information which means you get the result you want. There were lot's of options on label choices, sizes and type. Handy Labels did the design service for us which was such good value for money and they did a brilliant job in delivering a label we were really happy with. The turnaround from sending the proof then getting a reply in the same way following proof approval and delivery was exceptionally quick. Couldn't recommend enough!”

“I was beyond pleased with my sticky back labels from this supberb and proffessional company. They arrived swiftly and packaged with care and the consideration shown made the process so much easier when organising the labels. Handy Labels sent a selection of label textures prior to my order and made the whole experience a lot more tanglible and simple for me to decide on what I required.
