“These labels are fantastic! The quality is second to none, and the fact that they do customisable sizes is brilliant. The customer service was also excellent. So impressed and I will definitely order from Handy Labels again!”

“Absolutely top service from Handy Labels! They were incredibly helpful checking and making sure we had exactly what we were looking for in our charity honey jar tamper proof labels! Then they went out of their way to get them to us quickly in time for a Honey Show! Great stickers and fantastic service!”

“I placed an order for vinyl labels which was an urgent request and although Handy Labels didn’t guarantee it - I received them within 3 days - which was perfect! The quality was very good I would definitely use them again.”

“Can't fault the service or product. Simple ordering and uploading of artwork, followed by timely delivery of the labels, which look great. The colors are as expected and the artwork printed very clearly. Adhesion looks very good thus far. Although I've not tested them in the elements, or over time, yet, it looks like the labels will perform well. Thanks! Nb will be back for more.”

“Handy Labels are a great company to deal with. They are always reliable and get the labels to us extremely quickly. We are new to labelling and quite often don’t know what we actually need or how to do something and Handy Labels are always helpful and nice people to deal with!”

“Unfortunately, our self-cling stickers were delivered unguillotined and as we need them for an event this weekend, we are now going to have to guillotine them ourselves at home, which is likely to be difficult as the margins between the stickers are so small. Handy Labels say that this is our fault for not understanding their website properly and specifying that we needed them guillotined (which would cost extra) but I feel that the information on their website could have been a lot clearer. In any case, how many people would want unguillotined labels? They did offer to guillotine them at additional cost if I sent them back but timescales do not permit this. Very disappointed with the company's response. Will not be ordering from them again.”

We don't like hearing from dissatisfied customers, which is why our team contacted you before your review was submitted to explain the issue and see if we could find a resolution. The product you have received has been produced to your order specification, as our labels are supplied kiss cut, on sheets as standard. They are still cut to your size ordered and can be peeled from the sheet and applied. We have many mentions of the way we supply our stickers on our website, including our help and support pages. We also have different contact methods, including our online chat, telephone and emails which all get replied to swiftly. Our friendly team is always happy to answer any questions you may have. If you wanted die cut (individually supplied) stickers, you would have needed to order directly through our die cut page https://www.handylabels.co.uk/products/specialised-products/die-cut-stickers.html Unfortunately, this service is more expensive as it takes our team additional time and material to produce your stickers in this way. However, we never like to leave a customer unhappy and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. This is why our team reached out to talk you through it. We would be more than happy to answer any more questions via the telephone or email if you wish.

“The look of the product was great but the adhesive for my stickers was pretty shonky and wouldn't adhere to a number of surfaces from wrapping paper to cardboard.”

We appreciate your feedback, thank you. It's great to hear that you found our products look great. We are sorry to hear that you have had some issues with the adhesive. The material you ordered is a general-purpose adhesive and is a thicker material. Whilst it works well for a lot of uses, it won't be the right fit for all. This is why we offer a free sample pack service for customers to test the materials before placing an order, all completely complimentary! 👍
