Dominic also saved me money by advising me to return the new radiator I purchased and repaired the old one. Also Dominic was calm and he came across as someone I could trust right from the start of the job to the end.”

Appointment booked for that same afternoon and I was duly called by the engineer lunchtime to say he was on his way. Problem assessed speedily and addressed and also boiler service carried out very efficiently. Subsequently had a follow-up query which I could not solve and after phone advice the engineer visited again in his own time and the issue was soon remedied and we were fully functional again. I can't recommend the engineer enough as his approach was 'beyond the call of duty'.”
