“The Customer Advisor secured me an appointment with a plumber within a short space of time. The plumber Julian Jones was punctual despite the snowy weather. Julian was professional, friendly and did an excellent job.”

“Friendly and business-like administrator when I reported the Central Heating problem. Appointment booked for that same afternoon and I was duly called by the engineer lunchtime to say he was on his way. Problem assessed speedily and addressed and also boiler service carried out very efficiently. Subsequently had a follow-up query which I could not solve and after phone advice the engineer visited again in his own time and the issue was soon remedied and we were fully functional again. I can't recommend the engineer enough as his approach was 'beyond the call of duty'.”

“Dean was very prompt, friendly, very informative and gave advice to ensure that the problem we had would not reoccur. Also I must say that the young lady called Sigone who booked the engineer was extremely helpful, friendly and her customer skills were exceptional. This was not the first time she has booked for us, we had a flat and she actually remembered the booking. As for booking for so many customers that is really a great customer skill.”

“The responded well to my queries online. Give calls to followup and arranged the trader with less time to repair by bathtub. The trader also very good and friendly... i appreciate they did work very professional and they tidyup everything once complete the work. i am happy with the service provided. i am happy to refer them to my friends.”
