Phil turned up on time and carried out the service of my bolier. No issues, professinoal and was able to come within 2 days whereas British Gas were going to have taken 1 month

Friendly and helpful when I phoned to make an appointment, everything explained as to what I should expect. Engineer Andy Vincent very thorough advised where things needed to looked at very professional. Would definately use again. Good service, prompt when sending certificate and the price was very good.

We had a major issue with our kitchens flooding. We had an initial visit when it was identified that we would need to have our kitchen cabinets removed to gain access to the issue. They were able to re book to come out again with their own handyman to do this. Having all the trades in one place made my life a lot easier and the problem was fixed well with no hassle to me. The tradesmen also have a system where you have to sign their worksheet twice once when they arrive confirming the time you will be charged from and then at the end. This stops any arguments at the end about how long they have been onsite which is what I have experienced with other trades people. Will defiantly be using them again and would recommend them to anyone I know. The call center staff were very helpful and friendly and job was done for less than I was quoted which was a bonus.

When I telephoned the person I spoke to was very polite and did their best to accommodate my wishes. I wanted the certificate to be done asap and preferably in the weekend and this was done on a Saturday morning at a time to suit. The certificate was then emailed to me a day later.

From a very friendly receptionist to a quick and efficient service was very impressed. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and work was carried out to standards I would expect. I would have no hesitation using you again and would recommend you to friends either for their own property or rental property. Communications afterwards were clear and pricing was transparent.

I must admit that at first i thought this company was rubbish!! had a few hick up with mis-communication but decided to stick with them and I'm glad i did! The man that came out only took 20 minutes to fit my cat flap and i am delighted with how it looks. i must say however if you have parking restrictions of any kind please stress this as the company charge from the minute they turn up at your door, so if it takes 15 minutes to find a parking space you are still being charged!!! my advise would be DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPER WORK UNTIL THEY ARE IN YOUR HOME READY TO START WORK!! as they use this as proof of time that work has started. If for instance you are charged by the half hr and your handy man goes over by say 10 minutes you will be charged the full hour, so i suggest that if this is the case have your handy man do something else that needs doing/fixing as you have already paid for that hour. On a whole i would definitely use this company again.

Arrived bang on time, quickly summarised the problem and called to order necessary parts before explaining what was required and going to collect the parts. Made the repair quickly and cleaned up afterwards - very impressed by the standard and speed of work.

I was very impressed with the service I received through from calling to enquire about getting the boiler serviced and repaired though to the quality of the work. I would definitely use this company again for both work and home.

My central heating boiler packed up when I tried to switch it on the other week. So with great anxiety I looked at getting someone in to look at it. To my surprise this was extremely easy and no difficult questions were asked, unlike other front companies that are passing work to third party contractors. I was given full reassurance that someone would call to confirm the appointment time (as they did straight away) and attend to the problem as agreed with no fuss. I phoned the office during the job time slot, as I was away. The office said that yes a heating engineer was attending and they would ask him to call me. Within 5 minutes the engineer (Andy?) was on the phone telling me concisely what he had done, what the problem was and how long he was on the job. Excellent work from all involved, no faffing and the invoice was sent with a day or so. Complete satisfaction from my side, keep up the good work guys - many thanks.
