“From the initial booking up to job completion the service is excellent. It's not cheap as the hourly rate can quickly mount up but it's in line with other comparable companies. You pay for what you get these days and the service is undeniably good.”

“We had some carpentry work completed by Ben and are very happy with the result. Ben worked hard as our job was a fiddly one and was easy to have around also cleaned up at the end of the day.”

“Very efficient service from start to finish. Booking was simple and the job was finished on time and to a very high standard. I'm thrilled with the results. The tradesman (Andy) fitted a complete new bathroom and was willing to answer any questions I had and offer multiple solutions to any problem encountered. All in all a great job all round.”

“The lady who took our booking was extremely friendly and efficient and appreciated our need for urgency as we had had to turn our water off to avoid a problem. The plumber came very quickly and we appreciate the fact that they always ring 30 minutes before arrival. Using a firm rather than an individual means that one gets a prompter service that isn't dependent on what one or two individuals happen to be doing that week!”

“I got them in for a quote on a repair, the second firm to give me a quote. They identified that it was potentially quite uneconomical to repair, after trying to repair what the other firm had suggested was wrong- which wasn't in fact wrong. Open to conversation about pro's and con's of the various new boilers. Had new boiler done 24 hours later, which counts for tenants - and fantastic aftercare. Came back for aftercare as per 1 year warranty, to sort a small problem in the drainage pipe that had been overlooked, no fuss at all. Clean tradesman, professional attitude, delivery clean and tidy, job's a goodun!”

“Chris came to assemble some flat pack furniture, paint a wall and mount some whiteboards and bike racks as well as build some steps. He was polite, very efficient and very tidy (he brought his own dustpan and brush!). He was doing the jobs during working hours but was very considerate and didn't disturb the workflow in our office at all.”

“Fantastic service from john balzaretti, the issue was with a very strong smell of sewage from downstairs bathroom. He identified the issue immediately with a gap in the pan connector in the toilet. John mentioned the smoke test he can do which I thought was a really good idea . I wanted to know if smoke was coming from the back of the toilet. Lots of smoke so I now know what was causing the issue. Excellent service, excellent engineer,excellent customer service from saoirse. I have recommended you to my work colleagues.”

“I was most impressed with this company, having had several attempts with other plumbers to solve a problem that kept recurring. This company diagnosed it immediately and were able to remedy it. I wish I had found them two years earlier. The plumbers were efficient, did exactly what they had planned, kept everything clean and tidy and could not have been more helpful. Communication concerning the tasks, and the timetable of the work and associated delivery of parts was excellent and I had a strong sense that everyone in the company was working together very effectively. The costs were exactly as anticipated and explained in advance. A really good job done for us, thank you.”

“Excellent and fast service - staff that got in touch with was really friendly and keen on helping out - I was informed about everything regarding the service and I would be happy to use the service again. They were on time and I got a detailed feedback on the needs of the works that needed to be done. After jobs was done they were keen to clean up and make sure that I was happy with the work.”

“From start to finish , all the team were very helpful . The engineer who carried out the work ( fascia replacement )certainly knew his stuff ! The work was to a very high standard , and the site cleaned well after finishing the job. Would recommend and use again. Many thanks for all your help.”
