“Great service. They were quick to organize an appointment, they clearly explained the costs and likely amount of time and communicated brilliantly. The job itself was done by Alex who was a complete star. He worked as fast as possible, he put up with all my questions and gave me good advice for getting the best out of my lamps ongoing. Pricey, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“Helpful and efficient telephone booking service and excellent service from the gas engineer who provided a clear description of work undertaken and what to look out for in the event of future problems given the (old) age of our boiler. Same day service provided at no additional cost. Efficient after sales admin by email. Very impressed with all aspects of service.”
