“A very long delivery time (1 week) took the edge off what could be a good service. Most of the competition can turn it around in 2 days. Communicate to the customer if your out of stock!”

“postage was fast, products were of a good quality but the returns process was harder than other companies and at my expense. It has put me off ordering from there as I will need 35 handles for the new kitchen and if i have to return any of them then it will cost me and I have to fill out a hand written long form.”

“The website could be easier to navigate. I needed a rebated latch which comes in 2 separate pieces and there was nothing to link them. As a result I ordered the wrong one, Handles4U did not pick this up when dispatching and we only realised when the Carpenter went to fit it. So I had to order the correct one and was charged another £5 for delivery.”

“product was good but the screws supplied with the knobs were way too long. Emailed company to notify of this and asking for shorter ones to be sent - no response two days later. had to go and buy new ones in the end!”

“Product (small screws) is good, just as described. Delivery took nearly a week, and cost more than the product - over £6 for a small packet. That’s a bit of a rip-off.”

“The handles are well designed and good quality. However, out of four pairs, two of the handles have tarnished marks on them which is disappointing. Also, there misinformation on the website. When selecting the handles, it’s says to buy additional parts but those items are included in the handle pack so we’ve got the unnecessary cost of sending them back plus the hassle.”

“Squared shaft smaller than handle recess therefore handle did not fully retract latch. Had to use old shaf to overcome problem. Looks like engineering tolerances poor as shaft fitted ok in one faceplate but not the other.”
