“Handles are good quality. however, they are not COPPER as described - they are ROSE GOLD. They are still the closest match I could find so I decided to keep them. Holes are supposed to be 128mm centres, but most of them needed bending by hand to fit. Bit fiddly.”

“The handles I purchased were fine, except one was faulty. But they were pre-packaged items so not easy to spot. They replaced it fairly quickly. The only fault I found was that trying to contact them via phone/social media was a nightmare..”

“Quality of handles excellent but customer service needs sorting urgently. One of the pair of handles was two different handles and two phone messages and two e-mails over a period of a week, eventually resulted in a correct pair being sent out, but some sort of communication would have helped and resulted in at least 4 stars, shame as good quality products spoiled by poor customer service.”

“I wanted to replace the doors in my home and wanted matt black furniture. I found the ones i wanted on the Handles 4 You website and ordered them straight away as it said they were in stock (most other places were out of stock or didn't have the quantity I needed). Fast forward to about 10 days later and still no delivery. I called and was told sorry my items are out of stock. I was happy to wait for them to come in stock which was another aprox 2 weeks. In the mean time I asked for the items that were already in stock to be shipped, and they would send the rest of my order as and when it arrives. However, again no delivery. After 2 failed delivery attempts where apparently the courier can't find me, they then decide my order is lost. I ended up receiving the back order items first, and then having to wait for my original package to be picked and sent again. All this didn't really bother me too much as I was not on a time schedule to have them fitted. However, when the carpenter arrived to fit everything and unpacked each handle individually, at least 4 out of the 15 handles were damaged and scratched. I have had to buy some specialist paint to touch them up which is a job for this weekend. I hope it does the job. The staff in the office were helpful to try and locate my lost order, and I'm very appreciative of the current Covid climate so this is by no means a complaint. There is a fantastic range of products on the website so I only hope once things get back to normal i might try and use you again for some of my other projects.”

“Delivery time was a little long but over Christmas so OK. The switch mechanism at the back of the bell was very bulky and needed a lot of fitting.”

“Lovely handles - but really disappointed with the amount of plastic packaging the items arrived in - 5 handles ordered and a total of 13 plastic bags. Silliness!”

“The handles are as described. However the communications after placing the Order were poor. I was disappointed at the amount of time from placing Order to dispatch... 5days. and to eventually receive them. Especially after paying nearly £6 for postage.”

“Their range and pricing is good. But communicating with them now is really difficult. They don’t answer the phone (still blaming COVID) and take days to respond to an email. Their deliveries are slow too. But turn up at their shop and they’re fine.”
