“Received the order a date later than expected but in good condition. Exactly what I ordered. One of the strike plate did not have protective coating and was slightly scratched. Not good if you’re paying full price for the product.”

“Excellent service, from purchase right through the delivery, with great comms along the way. However, the screws are very flimsy - 2 of them snapped off while I was screwing the plate to the door. Disappointing.”

“Handles were good, although didn’t look exactly like the image on the website. delivery was slow and rediculously expensive - £6 and it took a week to arrive.”

“These handles look nice and the service from the company was good. However, accepting that they were not expensive, they feel very uncomfortable to use because the backs of the handles are not smooth and rounded. I will probably modify them with some kind of filler to make them more user friendly.”

“Handles and hinges are great quality. Screws are really poor quality and missing. I’ve emailed/completed online contact form twice, to get replacement screws, but I’m sadly haven’t received a response. Great communication prior to sale, none since! Left with handles and hinges with many missing screws. Really disappointing!”

“I’ve received my items and they’re just as described and I’m very happy with them. Prices were very competitive! Small scuff on one of the handles inside the packaging but nothing that won’t happen with wear and tear over the next few years. On the other hand the business needs some updating and improvements. The returns system is complicated and there’s unnecessary steps. The graphics on the emails and website are a bit dated and don’t give confidence that you’re purchasing something genuine. The customer service instead of offering an alternative just said no which is not a good impression and leaves a bad taste. Delivery is also very slow.”

“I ordered 12 cupboard doir knobs. 11 of them were perfect but 1 was damaged and pitted. I have placed the pitted one on a cupboard that is not so noticeable. I was disappointed but didn't want the hassle of having to send 1 back. It must have been missed by the quality control team. Other than this the other knobs look great. I gave 3 stars because of the damaged knob.”

“Handles are fab but courier is awful Will not leave parcels in safe place, hadles4u need to take this restriction off it’s frustrating , especially as dpd are a horrific company to deal with”
