“I would have given you five stars if: You had answered my query about the thread size of the bolts on the letterbox (I took a chance and ordered anyway and, although not perfect, my old longer bolts have worked ok); The delivery driver had tried to make contact with us rather than leaving the package dangling very visibly out of our old letterbox. The new letterbox itself is very pleasing. Thank you.”

“The handles are beautiful to look at but some of the casting is poor to the point where a little sanding will be needed to make the mounting plate fit in the handle.”

“I only rated 4 due to the shipping. Whilst Handles4U distributed the items, Royal Mail 48 hour tracked was definitely not 48 hour delivery. Very poor service on the actual delivery.”

“I had to wait for the delivery due to shortage of workers. Once received they are brilliant looking. My only problem was cutting the screws down to size. And trying to be careful with the Heads on the screws.”

“I needed replacement handles for a door so I needed to know the exact size of the handles on offer. Those appeared to be the closest size I could get while being a little larger. To my surprise they were the same size as the ones I was replacing therefore the size given for the handles were wrong. Not at all helpful. The handles themselves appear to be good quality though time will tell.”

“Bought handles and knobs for kitchen cabinets doors and drawers, prices reasonable. Good variety to choose from. Delivery 4-5 days with email updates on status. Two lengths of Screws provided. Unfortunately neither fully fitted the doors but dug out some washers and got sorted. Would consider using them again.”
