“Handle’s arrived ok very quick. The problem I had the screws were too long. Not a problem really as I was able too use my old screws.”

“The goods arrived one week from the order date and in good condition. I would have given five stars but the fixing bolt was too short for the thickness of the fire door (44mm). Fortunately, I was able to use the fixing bolt from the previous handles.”

“Have used before - Good prompt service - the go to for me. Only issue encountered was with bathroom lock striking plate which strictly speaking doesn't strictly suit the locations of the latch and lock bolt but this is probably due to eurostandard now used which has full length opening but the actual striking areas don't match - but not really an issue.”

“Great service, but -1* because speed of despatch not quite up there with the fastest. Great products, robust, very high quality, easy to fit and good value. Just polish the despatching, if you can. I placed a second order because of the quality of the handles. Overall, recommended and would definitely use again.”
