“A very good and clear website offering the greatest range of handles. Prompt response to my order and delivery as stated. Very pleased with the quality of the handles we bought. The only reason for not giving them a 5 star rating is that I did not get a reply to my email sent via their online webpage a few months before I ordered the products I wanted where I was seeking an appointment to visit their shop to view a sample, otherwise all very good service.”

“Easy to use site. I was replacing some old handles and wanted to match the original ones. Found and ordered what I needed and the handles arrived in a few days. I was really impressed with the quality of the new handles compared to the older ones. Will definitely use this site again”

“Actual ordering and use of website ordering etc was perfect. Items ordered were perfect. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the slow dispatching of the items, if they had been dispatched quicker I would definitely have give 5.”

“Handles arrived quickly. Found that these Carlisle Brass handles are now machined and not forged which makes them lighter. My only issue is the high delivery cost to my postcode. We are 14 miles from the third largest city in mainland Scotland and yet have to pay for a charge classed as Highlands and Islands. The Scottish highlands doesn’t start for another 40 miles from our home.”
