“Very quick and efficient service. Second time I had ordered these handles. Quality and service were excellent. Would have given 5 stars but was disappointed that there was a surcharge for delivering to the Isle of Wight. Some companies charge a premium, but many don’t.”

“Ordered a brass sliding bolt which was of excellent quality. Would recommend this supplier except for the delay in receiving the item. Understandable and there is a warning but pales in comparison with the speed of delivery of other Internet suppliers.”

“I would say the products were of a good quality, very well packed and delivery was free of any problem but the details of the product online were poor to such an extent that I cannot use them and I do not have confidence of getting a refund if I return them”
