“Let down by delivery company DPD, said I was out, not true, the photo of my address was a university site a quarter of a mile away, resulting in me having to go and collect the next day. Use a different delivery company. Otherwise product and order process all good.”

“These were replacing existing 18yr old brass ones so needed them to be almost identical in size. We were able to find them online and the whole process was easy and they arrived well packaged and as described. The handles are lighter than our old ones, but the new satin handles do look great and feel nice to use. Overall would recommend Handles4U”

“Product good value and delivery as promised. Only 4 stars as the M4 screws supplied are only 25 or 40mm. I had to buy some 30mm to fit standard 22mm thick doors. Perhaps a note about what size is supplied would avoid this annoyance.”

“The ordering/delivery process was straightforward and the goods were of good quality. My only issue related to the number of brass screws for the handles in that there was one short. Yes, I was extremely careful extracting them from the packet - I ordered 2 pairs of handles, one set was fine the other not quite. Since I was replacing existing brass effect handles I had spare (dull old screws) so it wasn’t the end of the world I just thought this kind of thing didn’t happen these days (with automation). I know you still think I lost one. 😁”
