“I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and I am always impressed with their product quality, pricing and fast service. Only marked down to 4 stars because I needed some technical information and they did not answer my query, despite trying both the website contact form, and then an email to customer service a couple of days later. I ordered anyway knowing that I could easily return the item.”

“Items as described. Prompt delivery and well packaged. However, my credit card statement had an entry 'Now Lighting'. Instigated a fraudulent transaction claim as I'd never dealt with this company. Only during this process was it discovered that both Handles4u and Now Lighting are part of the same company - Bridges Trading Co Ltd. Complete waste of my time.”

“Bought a single Heritage V1750-PB handle set to check it would replace 25 year-old Gainsborough bathroom door set and that the 53mm rose would cover the large hole made by the old locking set. It does, just, so bought another three more sets for bathrooms and toilets along with locking bolts. One fitted so far and OK, except the drilling on the plate is poor. Whilst the four holes align on both handles they are not set out perfectly (i.e not evenly spaced) around the plate so I had to mark out each hole before drilling, so don't assume you can drill a centre hole for the bar and then space the fixing holes evenly. Service was good. But price higher than another supplier from whom I bought the rest of the handles and locking bolts!”
