“The handles I purchased were such good quality. The service from your company is first class. Handles arrived in good order and promptly. Thank you.”

“Goods arrived well packaged and the one handle which had a manufacture fault was replaced within a good timeframe. In relation to locks I ordered which were supposedly satin nickel - this was not the case and they were simply matt chrome finish. In order to return I would need to pay the postge which means ended up having to keep unsatisfactory items - Please ensurre your items listed and pictured actually match the reality of the products”
