“Not good - I ordered "3 off Robe Hooks and once unpacked, could not untighten the fixing screw on one of the items prior to installation. Notified this if their online contact form - no reply as yet after 3 days. Also no fitting instructions enclosed.”

“Very Good service and quality. Received one handle in Satin Chrome instead of Polished Chrome. To be fair it had been put into the wrong box. This was rectified very quickly and efficiently by Rob. Handles look very nice and good quality.”
