“Appalling service, made no attempt to deliver the item to the delivery address, despite me being home at the advised delivery slot, instead decided to deliver to a drop off location over 3 miles away, due to being unavailable to go and collect it the item was returned to the company and eventually after two weeks and numerous chasing emails, I received a partial refund. Unacceptable, and now ignoring my requests for the refund of the postage for the undelivered item.”
