“brilliant service even though they were out of stock of what i origanily needed ,however quiclky communicated with me and recommended a similar product to what i ordered on line. product does exactlty what i needed it to do which was to match some 20 year old bathroom door locks at home that had broken. No more wedges under doors at bath time !!!!! deliverd promptly by royal mail with all the usual tracking updates. perfect, thank you Carina and your team.”
