“Poor Instructions and No Customer Support I ordered an overhead door closer, but the installation instructions were inaccurate—when fitted as directed, the unit sat 1cm too low and the arm couldn't move freely. Unfortunately, repositioning it higher isn't an option due to my door setup. I reached out to the company through their only available contact method (a web form), clearly explaining the issue and requesting a return. Weeks have passed with no response—no phone number, no live chat, no follow-up. Extremely disappointed in both the product guidance and complete lack of customer service. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.”

“Ordered 3 pairs of handles to replace worn ones in our home. Delivered within time promised well wrapped and in perfect condition. Handles better made and a very close match to the other handles in our house. Easy to fit and they work beautifully. Now thinking about replacing the other 12 pairs!”
