“If i could give no stars i would .Ordered the handles for the bathroom and when they came the lock center was different . Sent them straight back as per the website in the same box they came in tracked .First they said they hadn't got it and then when i proved they had they said the warehouse had lost the handles 2 weeks later they found them and surprise they were damaged so no refund.! 100% Sharpe practice my advice avoid at all costs !!!”

“I ordered on the 27/12 and still have had no update on dispatch. I know the Christmas season can alter these things and have been patient on waiting for an update but there has been nothing, and may other things ordered from other suppliers were received or at least notified. It states dispatch is 1-2 days so I would have expected something after the new year.”

“Although I did get the handles to fit the holes from the old ones, it tool a bit of work as the ones I ordered were supposed to be 110mm x 50mm, but they were actually closer to 115. Other than that, the handles are fine”

“I wanted a quick and smooth transaction but it’s literally been the opposite. No stars at all yet because I never received my package - it was rerouted to a random locker that was empty - either the driver didn’t place it there or it was stolen. Had to spend hours calling DPD who said they “they will investigate”. Contacted Handles4U a day later - they replied super fast but said they will investigate with DPD. It’s Christmas season now so I don’t know how many days / weeks these investigations would take but in the meantime I will have to order my cabinet knobs somewhere else as I have neither a refund nor my order at the moment.”
