“Win plaudits for price but unfortunately the web-site seemed a bit clunky and the delivery went astray, causing us to have to cancel the locksmith we had arranged, before neighbours brought the handles around to us. We have not yet been able to rearrange the locksmith at a mutually convenient time.”

“Loved the handles I bought and the quality and price, but delivery communication could be much better. The website tells you 5-7 days for free delivery- no problem, but I would expect an email / text when goods are despatched, so you know that something is happening.”

“Website description of bell push was misleading, "surface mounted" item need a hole bored into door frame to fit. Item was returned and refund processed promptly, thank you. However, Handles4U didn't actually communicate with me to let me know what was happening.”

“The overall look of the escutcheon is good but the top screwhole rebate is not deep enough to allow the screw to sit far enough in and it obstructed the movement of the cover. I had to buy a separate screw with flat rather than rounded head. Otherwise very pleased with product.”
