“The quality of the products I ordered are second to none, hands down the best handles latches and hinges I have ever bought and fitted, everything is very high quality and definitely built to last, soo heavy duty but doesn’t look industrial Worth every penny. Fast delivery, would definitely be recommending to anyone who needs handles ect.”

“Returns exchange policy does not work for me to try to see them first, ordering means keeping them or costly to return. As I had taken them out of the bag was not allowed to return to order a different type so will avoid this company as no flexibility.”

“The product was good but the ordering doesn’t work using PayPal on my mobile. I contacted the firm but sadly they wouldn’t order over the phone. They assumed I could order online. Eventually ordered via a friends PC. If other firms offered this product I would have ordered from the other firm. Not all customers like ordering everything online….”

“No complaints about the products or prices but I did get a couple of thumb turns sent to me in the wrong colour. Since it was a while until I discovered this and I had admittedly fitted them, they did not send me out replacements in the correct colour. This is despite the actual value of these parts being very small relative to the total order and really not worth processing the return. Just a bit disappointing.”
