The website could be easier to navigate.
I needed a rebated latch which comes in 2 separate pieces and there was nothing to link them. As a result I ordered the wrong one, Handles4U did not pick this up when dispatching and we only realised when the Carpenter went to fit it. So I had to order the correct one and was charged another £5 for delivery.
