“A great website that actually works well making it easy to order. Really like the fact that you don't have to make an account so no need for yet another password. However, it would be very easy to do so if it suited. Also good communication that is in English, not American! Ordered on 16th, arrived on 19th :-)”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They refused to accept a return because the return period had passed — which I understand and take responsibility for. However, the situation became unacceptable afterwards. They asked me to pay £4 for the cost of sending the item back to me, which I paid. Since then, I have received neither the door handle nor any refund. My last message asking for the tracking number of the return parcel has been completely ignored. It’s easy for a company to look good when everything goes smoothly. But real customer service is shown when problems appear. In my case, once an issue arose, communication stopped. Now I’m left wondering who I need to chase to get either my handle or my £42 back. Order number: H4U4684620 Very disappointing.”
