“The quality and style of the handles was great, they look lovely on my new kitchen. There was a great range of handles in stock, better than the kitchen showroom. However, we ordered 7 cup handles and only received 6. I contacted customer service to ask if they would forward the missing handle. I was told that we should have opened the box earlier (we waited for the fitting date so they were not left open and hanging around, ironically to avoid any going missing). I was given this response from customer service ‘Unfortunately when work is being carried out on a property there is the chance they some items can walk/disappear.’ They basically blamed me for the missing handle and did not replace so I had to order another one a lay the postage fee again. I would warn anyone ordering from Handles4U to check the quantity of items as soon as possible, as they may find customer service unhelpful if there are any missing items!”

“After being quoted £46 for 2 handles to match existing on wardrobes I purchased 4 quality handles for less than £14 ( inc.P&P), the service was excellent,updated at every turn and would certainly use them again ( also recommended on Trustpilot)”
