“Delayed delivery, unsure why. When I contacted customer service for an update on the delay and expected delivery date, received unhelpful rude response. Was advised they hadn't been despatched and therefore not delayed, despite several emails and messages notifications advising otherwise. Eventually turned up. Pleased with handles. Poor customer service.”
