“absolutly genuine and excellent company, when things go wrong then how a company put it right, is when they are truly graded, i bought a door handle from this company, when i opened it, there was a fault, one email and they dispatched a replacement immediately. i have nothing but praise for such excellent service”

“The handles where very nice however the supplied screws where substandard and flimsy, three heads snapped off installing three sets of handles. I reverted to alternate screws as the quality was terrible on the screw.”
