“I am very disappointed with my experience with Handles4U. The company sent me the wrong item, which delayed my home improvement project and meant my builder was unable to complete the installation as planned. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and disruption. Although I received an automated acknowledgement of my complaint on 30 June with a reference number, I specifically requested a phone call to discuss the issue. Despite this, I have received no phone call and no further communication. I also asked for the incorrect item to be exchanged and for the company to cover the return postage, as the mistake was not mine. Unfortunately, they refused to pay for the return postage and offered no compensation or goodwill gesture for the delay and inconvenience their error caused. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company responds when things go wrong. Sadly, I have found the customer service to be disappointing due to the lack of communication and unwillingness to take full responsibility for their mistake. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Handles4U.”

“Purchased a replacement double glazed window handle - It was easy to find, select the correct options and purchase. It came faster than expected and fitted with in 5 minutes if that - came with screws, screw covers and key - the quality was really good and I will use them again to replace the remaining handles that are getting a bit wobbly. I chose the W86 handle as it seemed to be better quality and it was a couple of pounds more than the basic version.”
