“This was to replace a 6 year old Zoo lift to lock mechanism (back set). I had all the fixings and another identical lock to reference which was fortunate as the back set comes without instructions or anything else. Reference to round or square option was not clear, but relates to the plate profile that fits the door rebate. Having said all of this, none was the fault of Handles4U and the order and delivery was prompt”
